About the invitation to participate in the 18th "2022 China International Bearing And its special equipment exhibition" notice

The 18th "2022 China International Bearing and Special Equipment Exhibition" hosted by the China Bearing Industry Association will continue to be held in the magnificent "National Exhibition Center (Shanghai)" Hall 3H and 4.1H from December 08 to 11, 2022 hold.

During the bearing exhibition, a series of exciting events with rich content and bright themes will be held, such as the high-end "Shanghai International Bearing Summit" and the "Bearing and Main Engine Industry Matchmaking Conference".

The work of "2022 China International Bearing and Special Equipment Exhibition" has been launched. This exhibition will be further improved on the basis of "2020 China International Bearing and Special Equipment Exhibition" (with an area of 55,000 square meters, exhibitors covering 17 countries and regions, and more than 60,000 buyers and professional visitors from all over) Quality, to provide exhibitors, professional visitors and people from all walks of life with a comprehensive and better exhibition platform that integrates industry exhibitions, trade negotiations, and summit forums.

The concurrent exhibitions "The Eleventh China International Fluid Machinery Exhibition" (Hall 1.1H, 2.1H) and "2022 China International Metal Forming Exhibition" (Hall 7.1H) will accurately connect the upstream and downstream industrial chains.

b) Exhibition time: December 08 ~ December 11, 2022

c) Registration time: December 5th ~ December 7th, 2022

d) Exhibition time: December 06 ~ December 07, 2022

(Note: If you need to enter the museum in advance on December 5th, please apply to the home transportation at that time)

e) Dismantling time: from the evening of December 11, 2022 to 0:00 on December 12

3. Exhibitors scope

(1) Bearings and related materials, spare parts.

(2) Bearing equipment, instruments, spare parts and auxiliary materials.

(3) Bearing upstream and downstream related products.

(4) Information, consulting, service and e-commerce platforms.

Remarks: Exhibitors can only display exhibits that have been declared and within the above-mentioned exhibition scope; otherwise, the organizer will cancel their participation qualifications and other measures.

4. Participation fees

(1) Provided by the organizer

1. Standard booth: Standard booth 9 square meters (3×3), including three-sided hoarding (2.4 meters high), a Chinese and English fascia board; and information desk and other exhibition equipment (the specific configuration of the exhibition equipment will be in the "Exhibitor Manual" Listed in).

2. Net land: Net land is empty land, and the empty land can be designed and constructed by the exhibitors themselves or by a qualified company at their own expense.

(3) Remarks

If domestic enterprises exhibit joint venture or foreign brand products, they will be charged at the standard of joint venture or foreign investment.

5. Participation procedures

The only way for exhibitors to log on to the official website of the exhibition is to register online. A total of six forms have been filled in. Please refer to the column of "Exhibitor Service → Exhibitor Registration → Form Filling Instructions" for the filling requirements.

The four forms are valid only when they are fully registered and submitted.

4. Service unit evaluation form

After the exhibitors are registered, they can conduct multiple evaluations.

(2) Registration confirmation

Please make sure that "Annex 1", "Annex 2", "Annex 3" and "Annex 4" are completed. After the organizer receives the "Annex 1" stamped with the official seal, the online review materials meet the requirements, and an email will be sent to confirm that the registration is successful.

6. Conference catalogue, advertising service, technical exchange meeting

1. The organizer publishes company information and brief introductions of exhibits in both Chinese and English for exhibitors in the exhibition catalogue for free (please fill in the attached table 2 as required).

2. The "List of Exhibitors" means 4,000 yuan per page for color interstitial advertisements on the conference catalog, and the exhibitors shall provide electronic advertisement documents that meet the size and format requirements. The commercials will still be posted to the official website of the exhibition for free.

3. Indoor and outdoor advertising services in exhibition halls

Fill in the "2022 BEARING Exhibition Hall Indoor and Outdoor (Billboards, Hanging Flags, etc.) Advertising Application List", you can download the attached form in the "Exhibitor Manual" column on the Internet, and contact "Beijing Axis Association Information Technology Co., Ltd." for negotiation. 4. During the exhibition, there will be a number of Chinese and foreign technical exchange meetings. Exhibitors can apply for technical exchange meetings according to their needs. Venue fee: 6000 yuan/per show/half day (accommodating 100 audiences).

Seven, other

Services such as cleaning, security, and fire fighting will be provided during the exhibition. The rental price of exhibition equipment, water, electricity, gas, etc., the registration of exhibitors, hotel reservations, conference fees, etc. will all be notified in the "Exhibitor Manual".
